At BRONX Shoes, we want to ensure you are stepping out in style with the perfect fit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes in their original BRONX branded box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the return.
